Our offer this month comprises three great value wines from the Trivento Tribu vineyard in Argentina. We have four bottles of each of ‘Viognier’, 'Chardonnay - ‘Torrontes’,  and 'Shiraz-Malbek'.

The Viognier is an increasingly popular grape varietal. This wine is lovely to drink on its own or a delightful accompaniment to shellfish, poultry and spicy Indian dishes. We then have a 'Chardonnay-Torrontes’. The Torrontes adds quite an interesting character to the Chardonnay and turns it into an excellent aperitif.  Tropical fruit, combines with citrus aromas to make a light aromatic and easy-drinking wine, it is also a light accompaniment to light snacks. You may find that your four bottles don’t last you very long. Finally we have four bottles of Shiraz-Malbek. Malbek is often a good bet at an English pub. Blending it with Shiraz makes for an enjoyable red wine with spicy aromas, good structure and fruitiness. Goes well with red meat roasts and spicy oriental dishes.

Each of these wines is normally priced at £94.80 per case, or £7.95 per bottle.  At the usual Wine a Month special price of £67.00 for all twelve bottles these wines represent exceptional value.
