MR ZIMMERLIN'S Organic Wines

Alain Zimmerlin took over the Domaine de L'Auvières in the Luberon (a most charming area of France) about five years ago and set about obtaining totally organic production under the
strict auspices of Ecocert sas, responsible for the control and certification of all French Organic

farming. Harvesting is manual as is the grape selection. Production is limited to 33 hectolitres per hectare. All the growers we deal with are passionate about their wines. This one is also passionate about organic production.
