HOW TO ORDER
You can order by post, by phone and on the internet.
Post: To order by post, order online and when you get to the payment option, tick send cheque and your order will be totalled and e-mailed to you. Then send with your cheque or card details to:

Phone: To order by phone, ring our order line 020 8995 7567 between 9am and 12am on weekdays and pay by credit/debit card.
Online: Order on the internet with your credit card through a secure encrypted ordering system.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
Delivery cost: We make one standard delivery charge of £14 per order any size anywhere in the UK. Minimum order one case.
Delivery times: We can usually supply our Australian and Languedoc wines within a week. The Burgundies will sometimes be shipped directly from France and delivery of these is more likely to take two weeks. We also need a minimum five cases to be ordered from the Burgundy area.
Payment: We are a young company and we cannot afford bad debts. We will only take orders on a pre-paid basis by cheque or credit card.
Refunds Policy: We want you to enjoy our wines. If you are not 100% satisfied when you open the first bottle of a case send back the remainder within two weeks of delivery and we will make a full refund. |
